Questions to Consider 23 What are the goals of your student success efforts? Why are you engaging stakeholders? Who needs to “own” this effort for it to be successful? What do you need to learn from them? What is the best way to communicate with them? Who is the best person to facilitate this communication? How will they know they’ve been heard? How will you continue to involve them throughout the process?
