Overall Programme Objectives Facilitating and strengthening integration of SMEs into value chains Boosting entrepreneurship through facilitating establishment or improvement of capacities and capabilities of existing incubators, accelerators etc. Enhancement of the functionality of the existing public and private research infrastructure in Turkey; and an increase in the number and improvement of university-industry collaboration Acceleration of commercialization of innovative products, by bridging the financing gap between the innovative ideas and equity investors.
