6 BALANCE LIFE TEAM VISION STATEMENT We believe in creating a culture where residents are not identified as skilled residents or independent residents - but simply Seabury Residents We are striving to eliminate “silos” created by levels of care and create a seamless, coordinated and consistent application of high quality programming throughout the campus and across all dimensions.
