2 What is an Outline Agreement SAP mechanism for putting in place the Basic Award Documents for BPA’s, BOA’s or IDIQ Referred to as a Contract in SAP Has no funds obligated on it Delivery orders are placed against it Is accessed in SAP through Transaction Code ME31K

3 When should I use an Outline Agreement Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) Blanket Ordering Agreements (BPO) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts Any Contract where the Task or Deliver Orders will be funded as stand alone documents Should also be considered for contracts expected to exceed the 999 PLI limit in SAP

4 What should my Document Number Look Like BPA’s should end in a Z (NNG05AA00Z) BOA’s and IDIQ’s should end in a B (NNG05BB11B) All other types of Contracts should end in a C (NNG05CC22C) Calls, Task Orders, and Delivery Orders placed against an Outline Agreement should end in D (NNG05DD33D)

5 How does it feed Reporting Basics are fed to FPDS-NG from SAP at release Calls, Task and Delivery Orders are fed at release contingent on the Basic Award Document number being entered into the Your Reference Field ( header level communications tab) or the Agreement Field (Item overview level per PLI)
