PRIMARY SESSIONS The App Challenge! In groups you will choose three cards – two with categories on e.g. sport, cookery, and one with something to use on the device, e.g. camera, GPS (map), internet. In your groups think about an app you could create that involves at least two of those ideas and write down a sentence to explain simply what it will do, e.g. The app tells you where you can buy sports clothing nearby. Who would use your app?

PRIMARY SESSIONS Remember: User experience – make it simple and rewarding to use The goal of the app – what is its main purpose? Different events and different routines The phone/tablet can use information from the internet; understand gestures; include videos and maps; use the camera etc.
