15  Sprig mobile app and online website adhere to federally regulated audit standards  Multi-factor authentication is also adhered to when members login for future use  Member non-public personal information, such as social security number, is not stored  Sprig does not retain any information about end user that is not necessary  Member may opt out at any time Sprig Security

16  Member has access to all three options, member chooses which they want to use Sprig Enrollment

17  Transfers use a real time, good funds model, and are initiated by the CU member in Sprig  Transfers processed through NGN or PayNet are considered in-network  Post real time and settle the next business day  Transfers out of network will settle via ACH  Sent using email address or mobile phone number  Posting and settlement process commences once recipient completes the acceptance of funds Sprig Transactions

18  Person to Person (P2P)  If recipient is not a registered Sprig use, the recipient must pick up the funds and direct payment to their account  Funds deposited back to members account  Payment is cancelled by sender  Payment is not picked up within 15 days  Payment is rejected by the recipients CU Sprig Transactions

19  Member may terminate at any time  CU must block member from Sprig and Shared Branching if found to have committed or attempted to commit fraud using either channel  If fraud activity is suspected, Sprig will block access and notify CU Sprig Termination

20  If member contacts CU to question or dispute transaction  CU should contact Sprig support prior to adjusting members account to verify correction is not already in process Sprig Transaction Disputes

21  Error resolution may be required:  Member transfers an incorrect amount  Funds were sent to an unintended individual and have already been posted  Member suspects a fraudulent payment not initiated by them  Member must complete Addidavit of Erroneous Sprig Transaction Sprig Error Resolution
