Possible Sources of Revenue Increases State to increase SPED reimbursement to 35%, or an additional +$20K, Superintendent agreement students, approx. $8,700 for 17-18, double that for 18-19. If TCTC can directly bill the state for Greenville Students this would save $18K, fire alarm payoff will save $12,864 a year, the current contract with the Greenville Education Association will be re-negotiated during the 2016-2017 school year
