3. Eriksberg’s castle Eriksbergs castle is one of the finest baroque palaces in Sweden. The castle park is a popular tourist destination witn an Italian park, orangery and a copy of the world- famous Hampton Court and maze. The castle constists of three floors plus basement. There are four towers of the castle and there is a chapel inside the castle.

4. On 3 rd July 1898 the park Zoo opened. As visitor in the animal park you can have many experiences. You can join the feeding of the animals. There is a place where children can pet the animals. They meet the animals such as snakes, lizards, rabbits, guinea pigs with several. Park Zoo is divided by continents Africa, Asia, Southamerika, AmaZOOnas and plant “little zoo”.

5. The Island Vinön Vinön is the biggest Island in the lake Hjälmaren and a very popular excursion. Here you can experience beautiful nature, swim and eat good stuff or just relax. To go to Vinön you travel with the SRA ferry from Hampetorp the southern shore of Hjälmaren. in the summer you park your car in Mainland and rent a bike on Vinön, And then ride around on small roads and explore the island.

6. The Osprey The Osprey is Sörmland’s landscape Bird. It has long wings and is medium sized. It only eats fish. It catches fish on the water surface. It is white on the bottom also brown speckled on top it will be 50 to 60 cm long the wingspan is 147-170 cm it weighs 1400-2000 gr

7. Gripsholm Castle Beside the lake Mälaren and the town Mariefred is Gripsholm. Gripsholm is known as Gustav Vasa's castle. He built the castle in 1537. The Castle has a long history. Here is the Swedish State Portrait Collection and honor portraits. Each year the association appoints Gripsholm an honorable Swedish person portrayed.

8. JULITA MANOR Julita Manor is located in the heart of Sörmland beside the lake Öljaren. There is a large park, gardens,herbgardens, beautiful well preserved buildings, dairy, fire station, brickyard, mill, sawmill etc. In the garden there are 123 different apple varieties.Julita Manor and its surroundings is a popular destination for tourists in the summer.

9. Lyttersta Lyttersta by the lake Tisnaren is a nice beach and shallow water. Many families go there and you can swim, go by boat and go fishing.

10. The Globe of Stockholm The globe of Stockholm It opened February 19, 1989 and the world's largest spherical building. The building is 110meter in diameter and is 85meter high internally, and is built of steel, concrete and glass. Structures is supported by 48 curved steel columns. At ishockeymatches it can be 13 850 persons, and at stage shows there is room for approximately 16000. Attendance record held by Metallica, who had 16 531 visitors on 4 May 2009.

11. The old town TROSA The Area around Trosa is rich at antiquities in shape of rune stones. A famous thing is also a gold treasure unearthed near Tuna by in Västerljungs Parish year 1774. The gold treasure, who use to called Tureholmstreasure, considering the whole 26,46 pounds and that’s the biggest gold treasure which has been found in the whole country. Trosa is well known as a city, since 1300s and its also one of Sweden’s oldest citys..

12. The castle of Nyköping Nykoping, Nyköping Castle, originally a medieval castle, partly in ruins. One part is normally used by Sörmlands museum for exhibitions

13. The Sigurd Carving The Sigurd carving is one of the most remarkable and imaginative carvings in the world. Sigurd Carving and bridge are made by Sigrid in honor and memory of her husband Holmeger.

14. Stockholm’s Archipelago Stockholm's archipelag o is Sweden's largest archipelago and the sec ond largest in the Baltic Sea. The archipelago has been estimated be betw een 30000 and 35000 islands and reefs.

15. The cathedral in Strängnäs The cathedral in Strängnäs in Södermanland is sanctified to the deciples Petrus & Paulus. It is a Gothic brick building which is instead of the original woodenchurch. The construction began 1250 and one part inaugurated 1291 new parts come under 1300 and 1400. The Church tower is 75 meters high.
