3.  “Hi how are you?” Said Larry.  “Oh I'm doing wonderful! And you?” said Molly.  “I could be better,” said Larry.

4.  “I came to see the chickens.”  “You’ve come to the right place”(Pg. 33-34) The reason why this is an example of dialogue is because Tobin is having a conversation with Henry about Henry’s chickens.

5. As characters in a novel or other selection, talk with each other, the reader is able to learn about the story. The time period in which the story is set, the location of the action, the conflict that are driving the plot can all be revealed and explained through the comments of characters.
