Pasadena Water and Power Recommended Action CEQA exemption for funding shift and MOUs Approve shifting total $3,271,000 grant fund to Canyon component of the Hahamongna Basin Multi- Use Project Authorize MOU with Los Angeles County Flood Control District to receive $3,271,000 Proposition 84 grant funds Authorize MOU with Arroyo Seco Foundation for a fee not to exceed $250,000 to implement the project 10
