PORT OF TACOMA 1.Protect Port industrial maritime water-dependent and water-related uses Blair, Sitcum, Hylebos, and Foss Waterways and Commencement Bay (Grain Terminal) 2.Discourage incompatible uses Residential, hotel/motel uses on the east side of the Foss Waterway north of East 11th Street Residential uses along Marine View Drive adjacent to Port maritime uses 3.Encourage expansion of industrial uses On the East side of the Foss Waterway north of East 11th Street City of Tacoma SMP Update Guiding Principles
