6 WHO: Mentoring Participants -IAMCP members: Microsoft Learning partners and consulting partners offers their content and services (both free and chargeable); -Microsoft: information support (no financial support!) -Non-Microsoft training and certification organizations and institutes (i.e. EXIN and its partners)* - GlobalKnowledge CEE supports us

7 Goal: Increase number of valued partners in community -More value for new participants from the IAMCP community -More partners – more products- more common projects – more benefits For each IAMCP member and vendor as well - Strengthen relationships with EMEA/CEE Microsoft subsidiaries as their current KPIs aimed at Cloud and mobile Apps

8 Revenue source -Raise level of awareness in the community. -Grow up customers from free users (estimation: 10% of free users become customers when grow);

9 -BM Framework is developed -Agreed with Global Knowledge CEE about information support and received a portion of free videos -Agreed with 3 training/consulting companies – IAMCP members on their participation -Discussed with George Dobrea on his active participation What has been done since November 2014

10 Roadmap/Next steps -Involve content providers -IAMCP members, LLPA community -Non-Microsoft content providers (EXIN®, Global Knowledge®, etc.) -Establish sub-group in LinkedIn/Facebook -Get Microsoft information support -Invite young teams: local chapters and MS subsidiaries, IAMCP mailing lists, Microsoft EMEA, CEE -Announce at the IAMCP EMEA Summit
