STANDARDS OLYMPIAD o The purposes are:  to raise young people's awareness of standards  to help students to acquire the standardization skills needed for industry and everyday life o Participants will be given a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate their creativity, problem-solving skills and cooperation through team-based competitive standardization activities

STANDARDS OLYMPIAD (ctd) o Since 2015, BSN created National Standards Competition to prepare the second participation in Standards Olympiad o The 1st competition was followed by students from vocational and senior high school (30 schools) o 1st and 2nd winner from the competition represent Indonesia to the olympiad

17. STANDARDS OLYMPIAD (ctd) o Hosted by South Korea, started in 2006 o Indonesia firstly participated in 9th Standards Olympiad in 2014 o Indonesia also participated In 10th Standards Olympiad, 2015. The representatives are from the winners of Indonesia’s National Standards Competition
