Development Strategy of the Brazilian Government (President Lula) The conditions for sustainable economic growth have been established. To keep this favorable scenario, it is necessary to: Reduce external vulnerability by increasing export surpluses (MINING); Attract foreign investments (MINING); Strengthen internal market (MINING).
