22. Terp Work Zones! New Residence Hall: Prince Frederick Construction near Caroline, Carroll and Wicomico Halls will begin during the Fall 2012 semester. Work will impact sidewalks, building entrances, and areas adjacent to the halls. Piping Project in the Cambridge Community Project will begin before the Fall 2012 semester near Cumberland and Cambridge Halls. Residents should expect periodic disruptions New Physics and Astronomy Building A new $138 million lab sciences building is being constructed in the lot across from the Cambridge Community. Students living in the Cambridge Community area, particularly Centreville and Cambridge halls, will likely be most affected by construction activity during move-in and the academic year.
