1. Welcome to Daviess County Preschool

2. Children learn their ABC’s and 123’s. They also learn the value of sharing.

3. Children from various ethnic backgrounds are served at DCPS Preschool.

4. Parents are always welcome!

5. Fieldtrips are fun and exciting!

8. Children receive transportation to preschool.

9. Exercise helps develop our motor skills.

10. Early activities keep us alert!

11. Children attend preschool 4 days a week. 3 hours per day, with am or pm sessions. Preschool is not held on Fridays. Children who are 4 yrs of age must income qualify for the program or have a delay or disability. Children who are 3 yrs of age may qualify for our Head Start Program. Head Start is a 6 hour per day program. Children attend 4 days a week. Parents are responsible for transportation for the Head Start Program.

12. Outdoor play is a special part of the day.

14. Children learn the importance of hand washing.

15. Children explore the basic art of painting and blending colors.

16. Story time is always a fun time.
