6 Important Dates August 8-Funds available in Bookstore (Funds are available if student has more financial aid than tuition/fees ) August 8-Funds available to purchase meal plans (Funds are available if student has more financial aid than tuition/fees and bookstore costs) August 15-Payment plans/options should be secured More on next slide September 2-First refunds sent for grants, scholarships, and returning borrowers September 22-Refunds sent to “first-time” borrowers (30-day hold)

7 Payment of Tuition You must pay in full or make payment arrangements by 6:00 pm, August 15. Payment arrangements consist of: FAFSA results received by Kirkwood Certification for veteran’s benefits requested Kirkwood Installment Payment Plan (Informational Postcard is included in your Orientation folder) interest free sign up on EagleNet $25 enrollment fee per semester If you do not pay in full or make payment arrangements by that date, you may be deregistered from classes.

8 Keeping Your Financial Aid Federal regulations require students to maintain satisfactory academic progress to ensure that they are making progress towards their degree.
