2 Years of experience in Government Service David Free of Meaford is a highly accomplished man who has devoted many years of his life to government service. He has been the Chief Administrative Officer for the Canadian Municipality of Magnetawan, and the CAO/Chief Financial Officer for the Municipality of Meaford. David Free of Meaford also served as Senior Executive Consultant to the Canadian School of Public Service, the main educational institution for the Government of Canada.

3 An Innovative Professional David Free of Meaford David Free of Meaford is an innovative, highly educated professional. During his career he has been the Project Planner/Manager/Consultant at Telecommunications Consulting in Rochester and Syracuse, New York, and Global Crossings, MCI WorldCom, Bell Atlantic. He was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality of Port Burwell, where he was the most senior municipal manager responsible efficient and effective operation for a multi-faceted urban municipality.

4 David Free of Meaford: Guest Lecturer David Free of Meaford has spent a long career serving in many capacities. He has held administrative positions in several municipalities in Canada and its Federal government. He has been a guest lecturer and teacher at Georgian College and the Ontario CAD/CAM Centre, and for four years was a Board member at Georgian College. David Free of Meaford also served on the Board of the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario.
