1 “Alumbrado” Candlelight @ Kissimmee Lake Front

2 “Alumbrado” as it is called traditionally in Colombia is a cultural celebration that takes place every 7 th of December throughout the cities of Colombia. It aims at commemorating the Immaculate conception of virgin Mary but most of all it is a day of joy, happiness and harmony which marks the beginning of the Christmas celebrations and resembles a time of light and peace. Streets and parks are lit up all over the country with candle lights all night long. In an effort to keep our traditions alive, as well as to, share them with the world, Alpha Productions has the support of the Colombian Consulate to bring a replica of this event to Orlando; this initiative has taken place in 2006, 2007, 2012 with great success and this year we are happy to continue the tradition and invite you to join us.
