1. For the special occasion, I have came up with three products that will be sold on the" Wizard of Oz", they are: Polaroid photos, popcorn& comic books.

2. Polaroid photos it's a great idea that taking photo with actors and helps audience to keep the remeberance of the excellent show. I have looked through the information about the polaroid photos. My classmate Eva has one polaroid camera already and she says that we could borrow hers, so we only need to buy the photo papers.

3. Brand the best brand which produces polaroid camera is a Japanese company called FUJIFLIM and many of my friends who used this before that this is a great choice. the picture above shows that the comment of users and the total mark is 5, the mark which the product gets is 4.8. Bravo!!! Size the size of the photo paper is 6.2*4.6(cm) and all of them are the same that could be used by this specific type of camera.

5. Quantity each box has ten pieces of paper. there will be probably 600 people for three shows, i would like to say that 30 of them are willing to take photo with actors. Price ten pieces of paper costs 50RMB. This is an appropriate price that i could find on "taobao", almost everyone has the same price and we do not need to worry about the price and i have checked this with some old users of this. we should account the price with one piece of paper, plus the mailing cost. the whole cost is: (50+12)/10*40=248RMB. each costs 6.2RMB. to make this profitable, our selling price should be 15RMB for each person.

6. Supplier if we buy it on taobao, we could save lots of time instead of taking time on the way to urban. we do not even need to spend time on looking for appropriate place to buy this. Buying on internet is just easy and convenient. the cost for each is 6.2RMB. the price of the photo paper in shopping mall is 55RMB for ten pieces and 5.5RMB for each. however, we could only buy this in urban area, we need to pay for extraneous of the travel expenses, and time. it will cost us both time and extra money which is around 16RMB, the cost for each is (55+16)/10= 7.1RMB.

7. Profit calculation if we make an assumption that there will be 30 people would like to take photo with actors. the money we will get is:30*15=450RMB. the cost is:(50+12)/10*40=248RMB.so the profit is: 450RMB-248RMB= 202RMB.

8. Proposal I think we should buy from the internet for 3 pair of photo papers. Any shopping mall's price of photo papers all more expensive than the internet. we also could save much time and enthusiasm instead of doing others. the quantity should be less than the ideal consumers and i imagine that there must be 30 people will accept this product.

9. popcorn This is an absolutely security marketing idea at such school activity and every year we do this, all the audience love it and would like to pay for it. This is not that special. However, making profit with no risk is the most crucial thing.

10. Brand Ji Li Huo Xing is the most famous and positive word of mouth. Almost every Chinese eat this since they are child and it built great foundation to buyers. it also have customer loyalty and people would like to buy this because they are familiar to the flavor which they taste from the childhood and it brings pleasure to them. Size the regular size is 128g for each and this is the only type.

11. quantity according to the total population of the audience from the three shows, we sould say that 40 bags is an appropriate amount of what we should buy from the origin. supplier there are two main ways where we could buy from, they are: internet and normal market. we have found a store that they do not demand the mailing cost and we could save a lot from this. we decide to buy from the internet and it is convenient and profitable.

12. price the price of the supermarket is for 4.2 RMB each bag. the selling price could be 6 RMB. the price of the internet is 3 RMB for each bag. we need to add taxi tuition around 10RMB addtionally. the selling price is 5RMB. profit calculation the profit for supermarket is: 40*(6-4.2)=72RMB the profit for internet is : 40*(5-3)=80RMB

13. proposal we plan to buy the popcorn for 40 bags, and buy from internet. the profit is 80RMB higher than another way. the quantity is appropriate and it should be sold all logically, and the price could be accepted by most of audience.

14. Comic Book there will be lots of children there and they would like to buy them. their parents will might come with them and buy for them. it is because the comic book is about the English story and in English that could improve kids' language and improve the interest of learning English. it will not cost too much of parents and they are rich,they do not care about the price, all their hope is their children. the market will be popular.

16. quantity the book may not that easy to sell compare with other products, audience have to make longer buying decision firstly. so i plan to buy 15 comic books for total and buy different types of them to impulse people to buy. price the comic books about "Wizard of Oz" is hard for me to buy in TEDA because it is about western culture story and not everyone knows about this. so i checked it from the internet and the price in the internet is about 16RMB.

17. supplier buying on the internet is convenient and easy for me to save time. time is money. also, there is a website "Amazon" do not demand the mailing cost. profit calculation the selling price is: 20RMB and the profit is: 15(20-16)=60RMB.

18. proposal i decide to buy the comic books from the "Amazon" website and the selling price is 20RMB which could be accepted by most of the children. especially for the international students and maple leaf students. the profit is around 60RMB.
