2 Phases Of Implementation I.Test broadcasting: -start: first half 2001 -area: Kyiv -1 multiplex, 4-5 TV & radio programs II. Regular broadcasting: -start: 2002 -area: Kyiv & possible other cities -3 multiplexes (15 programs) III. Spreading coverage on major regional centers: -period: 2002-2005 -area: regional centers, big cities -3 multiplexes (15 programs) IV. Expanding national network to achieve 90-100% coverage: -period: 2005-2009
