11. Review Bloom’s Taxonomy Created by Benjamin Bloom in 1956 His 6 levels were presented as skills and abilities with the preconceived notion that knowledge was necessary in order to achieve them. A group of cognitive psychologists revised Bloom’s Taxonomy in 2001. They changed the names of each level from an educational objective to a verb to focus more on the process required to work with the knowledge. They switched the top two levels and renamed Synthesis  Creating. Depth Of Knowledge Created by Norman Webb Measures the amount of cognitive ability needed to answer the question. Aligns with CCSS Not determined by the verb, but by the context in which the verb is used.
