Irradiation dates – Irradiation:16-17 Sep. 2014 (1.5 days effectively) – Travel:15 Sep. – Preparation:1-12 Sep. Samples should be received at KEK by the end of Aug. or so. ATLAS12A, 07 Samples Liverpool has a stock of ATLAS12A and ATLAS07 miniature sensors Irradiation plan – Fluence (5 points): 1x10 14, 5x10 14, 1x10 15, 2x10 15, 5x10 15 neq/cm 2 – # of Samples:2 each ATLAS12A 10 pcs, ATLAS07 10 pcs 1 set (5 12A and 5 07A) each for: – KEK, Liverpool/Ljubljana, and...
