3. Grad Fees MUST BE PAID ASAP Covers Grad events/activities Total: 100$ per graduate Final 50$ was due March 1st.

4. Grad Banquet Tuesday, May 24 th at TRHS, 5:30pm start Refreshments and Appetizers Merit awards, joke awards & slideshow There will be a sign up sheet in the next few weeks (so we have numbers). We want to see all Grads there!

5. Prom Thursday, June 23 rd Visit to the Drew Nursing Home (optional)- time TBA 5:00 Swan Pond and Pictures (optional) 6:30 Grads must be at school for Grand March 7:00 Doors open to public for Grand March 7:30 Grand March begins 8:30 Dinner 10:00 Prom 11:30-6:00 am. Safe Grad Sign up with Avery or Emma about who you are going with Prom Date Approval Applications (Mrs. Lafford) Prom Planning Volunteers (Avery, Emma, Ms. Trueman)

6. Safe Grad Following prom Not permitted to leave and return to the school between Grand March and Safe Grad Lots of fun games and the chance to win GREAT prizes!!! All ideas are welcome! (Please see Natasha or Ms. Hardy)

7. Graduation Mandatory Rehearsal: Wednesday June 22 nd, 8:30 am at Convocation Hall Graduation: Saturday June 25 th, 10:00 am; Grads to be at Convocation Hall at 9:00 am Reception at the School following Graduation! Grads to return gowns here by 1:30 pm

8. We still require a copy of a birth certificate and/or media release form from some students. These should be submitted to Ms. Hardy or the office ASAP.

9. Scholarships & Bursaries The TRHS bursary/scholarship package will be distributed near the end of April. Students should work on preparing a cover letter (pick up an outline in the office). See Mr. Bohan with questions
