5. 5 What we intend to do Describe: existing national situation, current innovation performance, the economic and institutional context and the related policy environment. Analyze: main factors that drive current innovation performance, problems and the relationship between innovation performance and existing policies. Recommend: policy actions and measures to improve innovation performance and capacity and address identified bottlenecks and problems.

6. 6 What is the audience Policymakers are the core group. But also other innovation stakeholders (business, scientists) and the academic community The Review can: facilitate dialogue among stakeholders Increase the knowledge on innovation policies in transition countries
