Address and greet any visitors that come to our class. Allows Ms. Browning to teach without disruption

Check and carry mail after lunch, every day.

Hold the door open when entering and exiting the building. Hold any doors open inside of the school.

Issue hand sanitizer before lunch Distribute Clorox disinfectant wipes every Friday so that their classmates can wipe their desks every Friday. If there is a big mess, help clean it up properly.

Answer the phone and take messages, if necessary. Will answer the phone with the following phrase Hello. This is Ms. Browning’s class. How may I help you, sir or ma’am?

Take attendance every day. Inform Ms. Browning who’s absent. Transport attendance sheet to office when a substitute is present. Must be extremely attentive.

Lead the class to and from lunch, bathroom break, recess, etc. Sets the pace for the entire class. Must be an all-star leader.

Last person in line Make sure the students are following the proper procedures while transitioning.

Run errands for Ms. Browning when needed. Must be swift, quick, and responsible.

Inspect the floor at the end of the day. Pick up trash on the classroom floor and also instruct others to pick up and clean as well. Straighten desks and make sure that all chairs are pushed in under their desks. You may choose one person to help you.

Pass out paper, documents, and other materials.

Stand at the restroom door and keep track of students entering and exiting the restroom Will use restroom last.

Pass out paper towels in the restroom Inspect the restroom to be sure it is clean. Will use restroom last.

File graded papers when given permission. Keep files clean and neat. Pass out papers on Friday. May choose one student to help when needed.

Carry seating charts to cafeteria. Wash tables at the end of the lunch period. Must be dependable and hard working. Report any spills.

Should be able to know all the jobs and take a students’ place if they are absent or not with our class.

MATERIALS MANAGER Responsible for telling Ms. Browning when materials run low. Assist in passing out materials. Sharpen pencils when Ms. Browning gives permission.

MEDIA MANAGER Responsible for turning the computers on and off everyday. Will assist with technology problems when Ms. Browning is busy. Must be good with technology.

PLUS/DELTA LEADER Leads plus/delta time at the end of the day.

BEHAVIOR MANAGER Checks agenda and clip up/clip down chart. Morning and afternoon Informs Ms. Browning if a student doesn’t fill their agenda or chart out.

CLIP UP CLIP DOWN BOARD CARRIER Carry the board from class to class. Carry the board to Related Arts.

TRANSPORTATION LEADER Take transportation notes to the office. Check for transportation changes at the end of the day.
