About Mr. Anderson 10th Year at WNMS – 12 th year teaching… Baseball, Weight-Lifting Coach, H.S Golf I have 3 kids – 2 boys & one girl I have a dog named Jazz Hobbies – working out, golfing, family, camping, & enjoying time with friends… I am a student myself! Go Bulldogs!

Class Expectations Respect Others – when someone is speaking, listen, look people in the eye, be tolerant… Link Follow directions Bring required materials to class Binder, Planner, Free Reading Book & Earbuds Be in your seat when the bell rings. If late, you need a pass.

Classroom Expectations Report damages to assigned computers when noticed immediately. No food, drink, or gum in the computer lab. Print only with permission from the teacher. Leave numbers and barcode stickers on computers alone.

Leaving the Room YOU MUST SIGN OUT EVERY TIME IN YOUR PLANNER AND ON THE SIGN-OUT SHEET Band/Choir Lessons Restroom Fire/Tornado Procedures Nurse If return – quietly take seat, ask neighbor for directions ALWAYS - Log off computer when you leave…

Grading Policies District-wide grading scale used. (See posters around the room) Total grade = Projects, Assignments & Assessments are all included – no weighting, it will be figured on strait points… You will not be docked points for late work if you are communicating with me and taking responsibility for your work.

Project Deadlines Projects will have a primary deadline. Primary Deadline Primary Deadline – Last day to work on project in class. Make up work from absences will be handled on an individual basis.

Scheduled Absences You will need to make up your work when you return. This may mean working outside of class time!

Working Outside Class Time Study Hall Make arrangements with teacher to work before and after school You must get a pass from me at least a day prior to coming in before school!

Respect in the Lab: Taking care of computers and equipment. Listening when others are speaking. Treating others as you want to be treated.

Responsibility in the Lab Bringing your planner, binder, free reading book & earbuds. Following directions. Leaving your workstation ready for the next student. Pushing in your chair before you leave.

Fairness in the Lab Everyone is entitled to learn. Avoid disturbing other students while working.

Caring in the Lab Keeping hands, feet, and objects to self. Reporting damages to computers when noticed.

Get-to-know-YOU Activity With the person to your left – tear a sheet of paper in half & each take a half… WRITE NEATLY - Last Name, THEN First Name Favorite Book Did you go on a vacation or do something fun this summer? Write down your favorite memory… What are your hobbies? What is your dream job?
