2. WHY NEW YORK?  I want the opportunity to take student's into to the heart of the city that lives and breathes theatre. It is the most amazing experience as a teacher to watch a student's eyes light up as they walk into the theatre and are taken over by the magic that is theatre.  I have taken this trip 4 times with groups as large as 40  I am excited to have this opportunity again and am looking forward to traveling with a company that I think best suits our needs.

WHO IS ATTENDING  I WILL BE THE ONLY CHAPERONE UNTIL WE REACH 15 PARTICIPANTS AND THEN AFTER THAT DEPENDING ON HOW MANY EXTRA WE HAVE WE MAY BE ABLE TO ADD ONE MORE CHAPERONE  PARENTS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE CHAPERONES BUT IT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED WHEN YOU ARE WILLING TO STEP UP AND HELP WHEN WE ARE OUT AND ABOUT INCLUDING WHEN OUR GROUP NEEDS TO BE DIVIDED BY HELPING WATCH SMALL GROUPS OF STUDENTS.

6. PAYMENTS  ONCE YOU MAKE THE INITIAL PAYMENT YOU WILL BE REGISTERED ONLINE AND CAN MAKE PAYMENTS THROUGH YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT  YOU WILL RECEIVE MORE INFO IN THE MAIL ABOUT THIS ONCE YOU REGISTER  FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE MARCH 21 st, 2017

7. PAYMENT PROTECTION PLAN  Parents please notice on the back of the registration form there is a section regarding Payment Projection Program. Enrolling in this program ensures that in the event of a trip cancellation by the tour company, sponsor, or the participant all monies will be refunded minus the cost of the PPP.  However, not choosing to enroll in this program could result in loosing up to 85% of the cost of the total trip if the trip was to be canceled.  All students are automatically enrolled in this program unless the box on the back of the registration form or the online form that rejects the payment plan is checked.  An additional $219 will be added onto the cost of the trip for those participating in the program. You can pay this with your registration fee or any other payment you make over the course of the next few months.

8. LAND ONLY  You can schedule your own flight and the price of your trip will be reduced.  Participants wishing to fly separately from the group will need to schedule both departing and returning flights on their own.  If you would like additional info on flying on your own please email mortonm@georgetownisd.org.
