Style modifications done Technical comments have required more work: almost all the requests have been fulfilled We are waiting for the final approval of the ARC referees (should arrive in few days) As soon as the ARC referees approve the paper, the CMS Collaboration Wide Review will start Main news respect to previews version: –Operation section inserted –Cluster size and residual analysis repeated with a cut on ±20 degrees in angle respect to perpendicular to RPC plane –Dropped section on HV scan
