3. Overview ① Since the end of 2009, Korean forging industry has been grown. Most effective factor of growth is development of Automobile. ② Increasing demand on automobile lead to production capacity shortage in other industries. ③ There is a shortage of production staff in forging companies. ④ Close-die forging is in booming, Open-die forging is still in the stagnation. ⑤ CEOs in age of 50s played the key role in Korea forging industry. ⑥ Some forging companies enter the production of raw materials.
