4. www.education.state.pa.us > PIMS Data and Graduation Rate Grade 9 Entry Date  Grade 9 Entry Date is a school year record and is entered using the last possible day of the given school year in ISO Format (20XX-06-30)  A Grade 9 Entry Date should only be entered for a student when they actually start grade nine for the first time or the first time their IEP designates them as being in grade nine  Once a student enters grade nine, the same Grade 9 Entry Date must be entered in every Student Template record submitted from that point forward. It must never change for a student even if they repeat 9 th grade or change locations  Multiple Grade 9 Entry Dates result in a student being reported in multiple cohorts 4
