It also provides services such as providing employment. People are employed to guide tourists around rainforests. Restless Earth Immediate Hazard Response For either an earthquake or a volcanic eruption you have studied, describe the immediate responses in managing its impact. (4 marks) For example: Safe zones are created to inform local residents about which areas are likely to be affected by aftershocks. Roads are cleared to ensure emergency services, supplies of water, medication and food can get through to the areas affected.
