10. Our Leaders Conference of 2015 will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico - October 22 thru 25th, 2015. As always, NBBi will pick up the room cost and up to $1,000.00 airfare for you and a guest of your choice. If you would like to make this a true vacation, we have negotiated with the hotel to extend our special room rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the convention. If you choose to take advantage of this deal, the room rate to you will be $210.00 per night, this includes all fees and taxes. Should you desire to take advantage of this deal, you will pay the cost for those extra days directly to NBBi. Who will be invited? 15. Effective immediately, we have switched to a new Pharmacy Benefit Manager. These are some of the benefits of the switch: 1.Improved Drug Pricing 2.New and improved Pharmacy look-up 3.Chains and independent pharmacies accept the ProCare card, equal or more in numbers than with Catamaran or Restat. 4.All cards that were issued with the new Restat info will be switched to ProCare without you having to do anything.* 5.Your current commission rates for the America’s Discount Card will stay the same with ProCare. 6.Our own call center. When someone dials the “Pharmacy Help Desk” number, it will now go to our call center. This will eliminate any issues with the caller being asked for personal information such as name, social security number and so on. The new call center will be trained and know automatically that the call coming in is from our discount drug card program. The phone number on all cards issued with America’s Drug Card is our number which was redirected to Restat, we are now re- directing that number to our call center. The switch will be smooth and will not require any action on your part.
