Conger and Kanungo (1987) suggests a theory of charismatic leadership that is based on the assumption that charisma is a attributional phenomenon. They stated that the attribution of charisma by followers depends on several aspects of leader behavior.

Robbins (2005) said that a person can learn to be charismatic to follow the process consists of three stages, namely: Someone needs to develop an aura of charisma by maintaining an optimistic perspective, using patience as a catalyst to generate enthusiasm, and communicate with the whole body, not just in words. Someone to attract others by creating bonds that inspire others to follow suit. Someone spread the potential to his followers by touching their emotions.
