3 Relation to Reality-Based Framework design interactions based on what people naturally do provide tool support for exploring, prototyping and testing new ideas use sketch-based user interfaces as another case of reality- based interactions two issues –leverage knowledge at different levels? operational level, e.g., automated skills of switching on a light action or task level, e.g., knowledge of making coffee activity level, e.g., awareness of social structures –inform how interaction computing should be structured?
