What is your opinion of using colorants in processing food? 16 Question for further discussion: I won’t support food companies in using colorants in their products. Colorants may make the food appear nicer and make the food give a better first impression on customers, but I firmly believe colorants are bad for health. Just as we should not judge a book by its cover, we should not judge a food by its appearance. Hints: After reading
