Making your own Peanut Butter
1 cup shelled roasted peanuts 1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut oil 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) Put peanuts in blender and blend for about 1 minute Add oil and salt and blend until smooth Must be refrigerated
