Traditional Lesson Description ●Name of lesson: The Importance of Meals of the Day [ Meal of the Day ] Meal of the Day ●Grade Level: 6-8 ●Purpose: ○To encourage students to promote health lifestyle ○With the combination of learning the three meals of the day can prevent health and from some diseases ●Learning Objectives: ○Analyze the factors that may affect the body ○Improve and promote healthy living ○Students will be able illustrate and demonstrate understanding of the three meals of the day. 1.Breakfast 2.Lunch 3.Dinner Strategies used.: student-centered-model

OVERVIEW ➢ Describe and explain the instructional strategies and technologies that will be used for in class work in the flipped lesson. This would include learning activities that students will be in the classroom after they view the presentations or lectures to practice the outcomes or objectives of the lesson.
