19 The heating of the Vitamin C solution We heat the Vitamin C solution to check whether Vitamin C was broken by heating at second experiment. We measured amount of Vitamin C in there every 10 minutes until 30minutes passed.

23 Our view The higher temperature we keep vitamin c on, the more vitamin c decreases. Vitamin c decrease on room temperature. So we can’t keep sample such as fruits, vegetables and solution of vitamin c. While vitamin c isn’t decomposed under high temperature for a short time, it is decomposed by keeping under low temperature for a long time.
