And you brought work home? Seriously? Hobbies and want-tos!

Examples of Will Dos: file purges a nagging email that trip to the office down the hall you’ve been meaning to make for a week now check in with your boss ANYTHING that you’d feel accomplished with at the end of the day Accountability to the other person- how did your Will-Dos go today? Success tracked on a fun calendar (complete with stickers!) Celebrate the small things (just like making your bed)

19 Declutter your life Quick Tips 10-15 minutes of computer-free time at beginning and end of day Digital workspace- desktop, inbox, old files, browser tabs and bookmarks Unsubscribe from pesky emails/solicitations Start small- one area at home per week (junk drawer, kitchen table, medicine cabinet, etc). Other tools: Passion Planner, Evernote The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

20 And don’t forget… Wherever you are, be present in the moment Start now. Don’t wait to fill your tank until after… (insert excuse here). Start now. You’re worth it! Calendar/write it down if you need reminders Create your own plan- one size does NOT fit all
