PUREHARVESTS FOODS Farm to Market Producers Of Distinction ©, “POD”™ Program The PUREHARVESTS FOODS through its Producers of Distinction Program©, POD Program, will enroll beef Farmers, Stockman, Ranchers and Direct market Vendors into a local Farm to Market supply chain. Some will be served buy a Mobile Pure Harvest slaughter facility. These PUREHARVESTS FOODS enrollees will have the highest standards of production and will be local Stewards of the land and the animals they care for. The SolutionsPlus™ cloud based enrollment system will be there to guide compliance in all aspects of there production. They will participate in a self audit program that will be tested through third party validation audits to address their continuous Producer of Distinction compliance. POD Farm Management The two operational elements for success in the POD program start with. The land - building a healthy soil is the key to the success of the production and the flavors and tastes of the beef. Double Muscle cattle - the most tender beef in the world with the highest yields and nutrition values of all beef types. 3

POD Farm Management cont. The first part of the program is the enrollment of the farms. The farms location and contact information is taken Farms have soil samples taken Soil Improvement plan is constructed Soil remediation is applied 4

POD Farm Oversight and Compliance The next area of the POD farm program is the Management oversight and compliance to both the Internal Standards (SPO’s) and external standards for food safety, humane care and environmental compliance. SolutionsPlus software will be deployed to engage all stakeholders in meeting the standards and create a transparent accessibility for all. Online cloud based training will be provided to all, helping in the continuous improvements of the POD Farm. Hands on oversight will be integrated in a performance metric to assist in the evaluations of goals for each POD Farm location and Internal as well as third party audits will be established for each POD farm for long term planning and corrective procedures that need to be administered. 6

POD Farm Humane Care It is critical that all workers are familiar with the Humane Care of animals. Humane Care and training will be required for all workers including Managers on the enrolled farms. Ongoing trainings will be available and audits will be conducted throughout the production cycle periods of the POD Farms Internal and external Audits will be conducted to measure the continuous improvements on the POD Farms 7

POD Farm Environmental Stewardship The Sustainable Food Environmental Stewardship is a key to the longevity of the POD Farms. Each POD Farm will enroll in the Local Conservation programs and Nature’s Plus© into being the long term transparent stewardship of the POD Farm. 8

After going through the POD Nature’s Plus© process you will: Understand the environmental issues facing your farm ; Know where your environmental practices are compared to industry-wide practices ; be able to identify the most critical environmental issues on your farm ; Know the legal and POD Nature’s Plus© farm/ranch requirements in relation to the environment; and Understand those issues where you need more information, and be provided with key contacts for the issues. POD Nature’s Plus© does not give you the answers. It is designed to help you: identify problems; where you are in relation to the rest of the industry; provide you with the resources to answer your questions; and help you in your self reporting and certify your compliance.

PUREHARVESTS POD Farm to Market The Producer of Distinction program will be extended to persons interested in Direct Vendor Marketing of the Local POD Farm to Market food Production. These PUREHARVESTS FOODS© Direct Vendor Marketers will enroll by submitting their personal information in a license application for a specific territory for the Farm to Market direct sales. They will become familiar with every aspect of the Farm Food Nutrition© production processes and product so that they can completely articulate the care and quality of the POD Farm to Market products. 10
