8 8 ACCOMPLISHMENTS FY 2014-15 Hired 470 Youth (FY 2013-2015) Summer 2013, 2014 – 201 youth Winter Break 2014 - 86 youth Spring Break 2013, 2014 – 163 youth Weekend 2013 - 2015 – 20 youth Job Search Services (FY 2014-15) Provided job search services to approximately 6,441 Career Seeker customers Business Services (FY 2014-15) Conducted recruitment sessions for 30 businesses that hired approximately 400 Adult Career Seekers

9 9 GOALS FY 2015 - 2016 Conduct City Youth Programs and hire additional 300 Youth. Assist at least 20 businesses with hiring and/or Job Fairs. Implement various Vocational Training Programs. Complete at least 3 grant applications. Apply for non-profit 501 ( C) status (under direction of the City)
