6 5 RAD National Airport: Ascending to Greater Heights in Performance Reporting Key Policy Guidance  New Required OMB-approved Reporting Forms and Instructions –ETA has received OMB approval for a three year extension with revisions of the current reporting materials - Effective for ARRA HGEI Grantees as of January 1, 2011 Change in format of “Ethnicity/Race” section of ETA 9153 Form to clarify that “Ethnicity” and “Race” are two separate categories; Update in section C.1c of the 9153 Form to clarify that grantees should report specifically on apprenticeship activities that are registered; Update to the Reporting Glossary and Guide to clarify the difference between sections C.1d (Participated in Pre-apprenticeship activities) and C.2 (Participated in Basic Skills Training); Minor formatting updates to sections C.1a and D.1c to clarify that certain industry categories are subsets of other categories; Update to section D of the 9153 Form to emphasize the importance of credential attainment; Minor formatting update to section B of the 9153 form to clarify that grantees should report “education Level” categories by type of credential attainment. –Available at http://www.doleta.gov/performance/reporting under ARRA High Growth and Emerging Industries (HGEI) Quarterly Progress Reporting, 2010 OMB 1205-0478http://www.doleta.gov/performance/reporting  Grantees should report individuals in the quarter that they are served.
