3. P.E. Class Warm-up: jog/walk for 5 minutes. a. If you get tired, you may walk at a fast pace. b. Please be carefull- no pushing, shoving, tripping. Water in the cafeteria: Line-up and be quiet.

4. PE COMMANDS Voices off eyes on me: All students will immediately stop talking and look at coach. Coach will give all students his/her instructions. Freeze: All students will freeze (congelar). This means no talking and no movements. Great, great, great: All students will repeat great, great, great.

5. PE Dress Code Must be suitable for physical education. Tennis shoes required. Any clothing that is a distraction to the learning process is not allowed. No inappropriate pictures, images, designs, slogans, symbols, or wording on clothing Wear shoes you can play in. No flip flops or sandals. Always look your best!
