3 Objectives 1.Reinforce IPRN with more, good, strong and active members (as one of the Top 3!) 2.Help members to grow the value of their agencies. 3.Increase membership benefits (and make them real!) 4.Develop more leads and business opportunities.

4 Strategies 1.Increase IPRN Reputation (online and offline). 2.Show better our members, their capacities, talent, competence and work. 3.Improve IPRN members pro-activity and participation in the Network. 4. Increase the budget to develop more activities.

5 15 Priority actions (1) 1. Increase members: 10% x year = 70 in 2020. Where: 70% = USA / Asia / UK 30% = Europe / LatAm / Africa / CIS Priorities: 1. USA. 2. Asia: Singapore, Korea, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, China, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc. 3. LatAm: Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, Dominicana, etc. 4. Scandinavia. 5. Australia. 6. CIS 2. Press Releases, News, Hot Topics….Pro-activity! 3. A new, more attractive, responsive and updated website, with more value in the Members Area. 4. Duplicate the budget for 2020.

6 15 Priority actions (2) 4. Define the profile of the IPRN Member Agency. 5. Organize regional meetings and webinars. 6. Promote “Global Sector Expert Groups” and other activities to know better members & expertise. 7. Participate in PR & Communication international events

Follow other International PR Networks, ICCO, EACD, Global Alliance, IABC, PRSA, Dircom, etc. 11. Learn more about our projects, clients and referrals for business opportunities. 12. Update our Constitution, Guidelines, Best Practices

8 15 Priority actions (4) 13. Update our member fees? When? Introduce an entry fee, when we are 50?. Differentiate better our 6 Member Categories. 14. Support better our members; interchanges, training, selling or M&A process, etc. 15. Increase opportunities to participate in international bids and pitches.
