5. 5 AM 7.1 Service Scenarios Address both new and current customer scenarios: New Implementations: Implementation is relatively straightforward on a “modern” HW platforms; not intrusive to existing environment/LDAP. Current customers: Current customers will need to evaluate the migration complexity to AM 7.1. Service offerings consisting of: migration strategy & planning (include knowledge transfer); Complexity of migration is dependent on: Size of current customer environment Provisioning process / mechanisms in current customer environment Extent of customization implemented in current customer environment. Degree to which customer will want to implement new functionality.

6. 6 Service Offerings AM Express – Targeted at smaller customer (SMB) implementations, new implementations or upgrades, that can be achieved under a week. AM Planning – For larger customer implementations that require more architecture and/or migration planning. Five (5) days planning services prior to proceeding with infrastructure implementation. AM Solution Design & Implementation – D&I resources necessary to put into operation an AM infrastructure (new or existing); consist of assisting a customer with additional planning / preparation, Dev, QA and/or Pilot environments leading to a Production implementation.

7. Service Definition - AM Express AM SureStart : Assist new SMB customers (<= 1000 users) with a base AM implementation. Planning and deployment services in a single environment; 4 days onsite. Base license (primary and 1 replica); integration of up to 3 apps (agent hosts). Up to two(2) RSA supported Identity Stores No Customizations, custom reports or custom scripts. Scope and “Model Number” ( SCONS SURESTART ) defined in Services Brief *. AM GetCurrent: Quickly & efficiently migrate existing AM environment to the latest version. SMB customers (<= 1000 users) with a base AM or Appliance implementation Planning and upgrade services in a single environment ; 4 days onsite. Base license (primary and 1 replica); integration of up to 3 apps (agent hosts). Up to two(2) RSA supported Identity Stores No Customizations, custom reports or custom scripts. Scope and “Model Number” ( SCONS GETCURRENT ) defined in Services Brief *. Note *: Includes SecurID consultant T&E (1 trip), Project Management and onsite trip report; SOW not required. Service Definition - AM Design & Planning AM Architecture Design & Planning: Determine business requirements of a new customer, architecture design analysis, knowledge transfer, Business Continuity option considerations. Documented report detailing recommended AM architecture and implementation plan. Includes 5 days; leads to additional D&I services. Scope and “Model Number” (SCONS ARCH ASSESS ) defined in Services Brief **. AM Migration Strategy & Planning: Assess current environment, determine migration requirements, design analysis, knowledge transfer, Business Continuity option considerations. Documented report detailing, migration strategy, customer specific requirements and migration plan. Includes 5 days; leads to additional D&I services. Scope and “Model Number” (SCONS MIGR ASSESS ) defined in Services Brief **. Note **: Includes SecurID architect, T&E (1 trip), Project Management and architecture & planning report; SOW not required.

9. 9 Service Definition - AM Design & Implementation Consulting services to provide customers with large and complex environments with the technology, development and project management expertise to successfully implement or upgrade an RSA SecurID infrastructure: Design & migration planning. RSA software deployment, application integration, administrative processes, knowledge transfer & “as-built” implementation report Customizations. Quoted service: Specific project tasks, deliverables and effort estimate as defined in a Statement of Work (template to be provided).
