Sorrento Valley Double Track Project Impacts Coastal Wetlands Impacts to sensitive coastal wetlands are unavoidable. The Project minimizes wetlands impacts to the fullest extent practicable, and provides on-site and off-site mitigation for unavoidable impacts.
