The number of trees cut down each year 6,000,000,000 A.T

Rainforests once covered 14% of the earth's land surface; now they cover about 6% and experts estimate that the last remaining rainforests could be gone in less than 40 years. Deforestation is about 20% of global warming. http://www.thinkglobalgreen.org/deforestation.htm l A.T
5
The world’s rain forests could completely vanish in a hundred years at the current rate of deforestation. http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/environment/global-warming/deforestation- overview/ MC

What is Deforestation? Deforestation is when trees get cut down and replaced with developments, or fields to grow crops. People will get money from cutting down all the trees and starting a new development. These people are selfish and crucial. This is what our world is coming too. Knowing this information will benefit everyone! Including you!

http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/environment/global-warming/deforestation-overview/ Deforestation has many negative effects on the environment. The most dramatic impact is a loss of habitat for millions of species. Seventy percent of Earth’s land animals and plants live in forests, and many cannot survive the deforestation that destroys their homes.

How it Affects Animals? Deforestation has many negative effects on the environment. The most biggest impact is a loss of habitat for millions of animals. Animals and plants live in forests, and many cannot survive the deforestation that destroys their homes. Deforestation also brings climate change. http://savethetreeseclips.wix.com/eco-design-conferenc The loss of trees and other vegetation can cause climate change, loss of animals homes, soil erosion, fewer crops, flooding, and greenhouse gases released in the atmosphere. How it affects humans? It affects us humans by releasing gasses into the air. Would you like to breath in tons of bad gasses everyday. This gas is bad for our lungs. The more we breathe in this bad air the less healthy we will be.The more trees cut down the worse this planet is. The trees let us breathe healthy air. Also trees give us shade to go under in the hot summer days and the more cut down the less shade we have. Many animals live in trees. Every time we cut down trees homes of animals are destroyed as well. Then the animals could live in the basements of our houses. Then we kill those animals and we were the ones who hurt them first. Not only are we hurting ourselves in the process but we are hurting many other things.

1.The Banana Tree and the Bamboo Tree would be cut down 2.That would have the effect of the Fruit Bat dying 3.Which would then have the effect of the Python not having food and dying 4.The Monkey would also die because it lives in trees 5.Then the Python would have even more of a chance to die, because the python eats monkeys 6.The Jaguar would die because the Python died, so it won’t have food 7.Then the decomposers wouldn't have anything to decompose 8.It's a domino effect if one dies they would all die.

Why Should You Help? Every year, an Area of trees the size of Panama is brutally murdered. A lot of these trees are homes for a variety of species, many of them already on the verge of extinction. Do you support the death of millions, or will you rally to prevent this awful act of injustice. To help out, join us on the National Walk for Trees, or go to www.treesarekool4u.com www.treesarekool4u.com ER

Do you really want to destroy these beautiful trees?
