7 7 CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA DINAS A SIR ABERTAWE Training places can be a mix of long & short term, such as apprentices, work experience and jobs. Trainees have been long term unemployed, NEETS, people with a disability or economically inactive. The opportunities given to them have enabled them to get work, where previously they had struggled Many of the participants are kept on by the contractor or secure other work. Range of Opportunities
