15 REASONS FOR CHANGE: 1. This department currently uses a combination of Windows operating systems, including Vista, XP, and 7. 2. Windows XP is no longer being supported, resulting in security risks that can affect the company. 3. Windows Vista is difficult to use and many programs are incompatible with other departments. 4. Windows 7 will not be supported past 2015. Company will need to use Windows 8 to continue to receive support. 5. Sales people need to communicate with each other and have same tools to promote products.
